Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use QuickEmploymentApp. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Description of Service

QuickEmploymentApp is a subscription-based job search platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users find employment opportunities. The Service includes:

• AI-generated resumes and cover letters based on information you provide.
• Quick Apply, which lets you manually review and submit applications with one click.
• Smart Apply, which uses AI to prepare a tailored application package (resume, cover letter, and pre-answered application questions) for eligible job listings and submits it on your behalf only after you review and approve each package, where supported by the employer's platform.

You are solely responsible for reviewing your profile, resume, and preferences to ensure the information used in applications submitted on your behalf is accurate.

3. AI-Generated Content

Resumes, cover letters, and other content generated by our AI tools are created automatically based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific job application. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before it is used or submitted, particularly through the Smart Apply feature, where you review and approve each application package before it is submitted.

You retain ownership of the underlying information you submit to us. We do not claim ownership of your resume or cover letter content, but you grant us a license to use, generate, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service, including submitting it to third-party job boards and employers.

4. Smart Apply, Quick Apply, and Third-Party Job Listings

Quick Apply and Smart Apply submit your resume, cover letter, and related application materials to employers associated with a given job listing. Smart Apply uses AI to prepare a tailored application package (resume, cover letter, and pre-answered application questions) for eligible listings, which you then review and approve before any submission is made — no application is sent without your explicit confirmation. Quick Apply requires your manual confirmation before sending. By using Smart Apply, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not affiliated with, and do not control, the employers, recruiters, or third-party sites from which job listings are sourced.
• Smart Apply submission is supported only for eligible listings where the employer's platform or a provided email address allows it; for all other listings, you will be directed to apply manually through the employer's site.
• We do not guarantee that any application will be successfully delivered, received, reviewed, or result in an interview, offer, or employment of any kind.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your use of Smart Apply complies with the terms of any job board or platform from which listings are sourced, and with applicable law.
• You may disable Smart Apply at any time in your account settings, and you may set filters or preferences to limit which jobs are included.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of job listings or the employer contact information associated with them.
• Because Smart Apply submits application materials on your behalf after your approval, you are responsible for keeping your profile, resume, and preferences accurate and up to date, as this information will be used in the materials sent to employers.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

QuickEmploymentApp is a tool to assist your job search. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, or employment of any kind through use of the Service. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including employer decisions, market conditions, and the accuracy of information you provide.

6. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are provided at checkout and on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile, resume, or applications.
• Use the Service to apply for jobs on behalf of anyone other than yourself.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI systems.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or the terms of any third-party job board.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by QuickEmploymentApp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR SMART APPLY APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUCCESSFUL.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKEMPLOYMENTAPP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, LOST WAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account through your settings.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which QuickEmploymentApp is incorporated or headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
