• Profile and resume data: work history, education, skills, certifications, job preferences, and any other information you enter to generate resumes and cover letters.
• Application materials: AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and any edits you make to them.
• Payment information: billing name and address (full card details are processed by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers).
• Communications: messages you send us through our Contact form or support channels.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general interaction data with the Service.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and similar technical information.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

Information from third parties:

• When you use Smart Apply or Quick Apply, we send your resume, cover letter, and related application information by email directly to the employer's contact address associated with a job listing, when one is available (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account.
• Generate AI-powered resumes and cover letters based on the information you provide.
• Submit job applications on your behalf through Quick Apply and Smart Apply.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
• Improve and develop the Service, including our AI models, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

• Employers: When you use Quick Apply or Smart Apply, your resume, cover letter, and relevant profile information are emailed directly to the employer contact address associated with the job listing you apply to, when such an address is available. Once sent, that information is subject to the receiving employer's own data practices, which we do not control. We do not control whether or how long an employer retains information you send them.
• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for purposes other than providing services to us.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: If QuickEmploymentApp is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Your Choices and Rights

• Smart Apply controls: You can enable, disable, or set filters for Smart Apply at any time in your account settings.
• Access and correction: You can access and update most of your profile and resume information directly in your account.
• Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at the email below. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Marketing communications: You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. You will still receive essential account and service-related communications.
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as those terms are defined under California law). 5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

8. AI and Automated Decision-Making

QuickEmploymentApp uses AI to generate resumes, cover letters, and to power the Smart Apply feature. These are tools to assist your job search — we do not use AI to make hiring decisions, and any decision to interview or hire is made solely by the employer, not by us. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, and you control whether Smart Apply is enabled.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice where required by law.
